Dermot is a seasoned HR professional with over 25 years of strategic and operational experience. Dermot has worked in numerous industries across Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices and Food Manufacturing. His expertise lies in identifying, developing and implementing comprehensive HR change programs, from basic legal compliance to partnering with senior business leaders to deliver results. Driven by a deep passion for cultivating engaged and thriving workplaces, Dermot has built a distinguished career across diverse industries, including Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Food Manufacturing, and Engineering.
Dermot advises on a wide range HR initiatives across the employee life cycle that optimises human capital, reduces risk, and improves overall operational efficiency. Dermot’s manufacturing background and deep understanding of employee and industrial relations complements his ability to advise on sustainable HR strategies at all levels from management training to business partnering.
A highly motivated self-starter and advocate of continuous learning throughout his career. Dermot has attained an MBA, a National Diploma in Industrial Relations (CIPD), a National Diploma in Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (UCD) and is a QQ1 qualified tutor.
Linda has spent over 25 years helping people and organisations grow across pharmaceuticals, medical devices, food technology, financial services, professional services, and high-growth tech. She has built her career across HR Business Partnering, Learning and Talent Development, Organisational Design, and senior people leadership roles, including serving as Chief People Officer at an international financial advisory firm.
Her work is shaped by a strong foundation in organisational psychology. She combines behavioural science, neuroscience, and evidence-based methods when developing leaders, coaching teams, and designing people systems. This gives her clients practical tools backed by real research and grounded professional experience.

A lifelong learner, Linda holds a First-Class Honours degree in Psychology, a Master’s in Pharmaceutical Microbiology, and a First-Class Honours in Bioanalytical Science. She is also a certified Ikigai Life Coach and Neuroscience Practitioner, bringing a unique, purpose-driven lens to her work. Her coaching and development work integrates neuroscience, psychology, and organisational theory to help individuals and teams unlock their full potential.
Tamsyn Nair is an experienced marketing and communications professional with a strong background in digital strategy, content development, and stakeholder engagement. She brings expertise in CRM optimization, social media management, and event coordination, ensuring impactful campaigns that align with organizational goals.
With a Bachelor of Education and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management, Tamsyn combines strategic thinking with creative execution to drive brand visibility and community engagement. Passionate about empowering people through effective communication, she leverages her skills in project management and training facilitation to deliver meaningful results.
